I've been meaning to write this one for a while. I'm not a super exciting person to hang with for a day. But a week seems to attract more action than a mere day. Plus I don't have to deal time stamps. I hate those things.
Sunday: I'm going to start my week with Sunday. It isn't "the Lord's day around here" well, for my mother in law it is. For Mike and I it is more of a day of resting up. We might go to the gas station for some frozen treats or we might just spend all day binge watching TV, snacks included.
Monday: Well this Monday, Hubby got a call saying that he has his old job back if he wants it. Of course he does. He does in home healthcare provider for his mother. Basically what we do everyday, anyway. Might as well get paid for it! This was really good news for us because it almost doubles our current income. Probably just enough to kick us off of Medicaid and foodstamps. Lol. I don't know what will come yet. But, we don't want to live in poverty forever. And we could just really use this break right now. We will just cross that bridge when we get to it.
Tuesday: I went to the doctor. It was supposed to be Thursday, but then other stuff came up for that day so we asked if they would move us. My doctor still remains surprised that I am walking around. I have horrible Fibromyalgia and Sarcoidosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I have 0 Serotonin in my brain, so I should never be happy, or be out of bed hardly. I fight hard for the little bit I do. But, anyhow, I had a heart attack show up on my EKG and the doctor wanted me to do a Stress test. That is one of the things scheduled for Thursday too.
Wednesday: A pretty uneventful day. Mike took my Stepson in to the dentist. He got 2 fillings and was in a particular poopy mood for the rest of the day. Which we should be used to by now, he is a teenager and going through that phase.
Thursday: Oh happy day! Haha. So, morning time hubby drags me out of bed so I can get to my stress test. I took it easy while getting ready. I want to save all my energy for the stress test. I only clock in 2 min and 11 sec on the treadmill. Mike tried to pick me up Sunday and it sort of popped my hip wonky. In way to much pain to continue. Later we take Mike to the Psychiatrist, He only just now got his Medicaid too. So, he needed this appointment badly. (Hubby isn't Psycho or anything, just regular mental illness) Get to the place and they tell him that his appointment was changed for next Monday. Not too bad, except we are almost out of gas.
Friday: Today Mike worked all day with his brother. Sometimes his brother needs help with house rehabilitation and takes Mike along for extra help. It isn't steady, but it's a little extra just when we need it. I spent the day trying and failing to find an easy way to turn this blog into an app on my phone. Just wanted to make it easier to share my posts on the go.
Saturday: Last day of the week is spent running errands before our mini hibernation on Sunday. We play Pokémon Go and go for drives to talk to each other about what all is on our minds.
How did you spend this week?
